Owners are asked to make room reservations at least 60 days in advance (120 days for arrivals between December 22 - January 5).  A reservation confirmation will be emailed to you within 48 - 72 hours of receipt.

Credit Card Authorization Form
An owner who wishes to pay for their guest's housekeeping or check-out fee may do so by completing the credit card authorization form and faxing to 808-944-6898.

Realtor Access Form
An owner who has placed a unit on the market may authorize their realtor to assist with the showing of their unit by completing the realtor access form and faxing to 808-944-6898.  All realtors must follow operational procedures noted on the form.
